What happens after you join a club that requires approval
Some clubs require admin approval before new members can book courts. Here's what to expect after you apply to join.
What Happens After You Join
When you click "Join Club" on a club that requires approval, your request is sent to the club's admin team. Your membership status will show as Pending until they review it.
How Long Does It Take?
Most clubs review applications within 24–48 hours. Some smaller clubs may take a few days. You'll receive an email as soon as your application is approved or declined.
While You Wait
- You can browse the club's courts, activities, and pricing
- You cannot make bookings until approved
- You can join other clubs that don't require approval
- Check your membership status on the club's profile page
After Approval
Once approved, you'll get an email confirmation and can immediately start booking courts and joining activities at the club.
Not Approved?
If your application is declined, you'll receive an email with the reason. You can contact the club directly from their profile page if you have questions, or reach out to our support team for help.
