Step 1: Contact the Club Directly

Most issues are best resolved directly with the club. Find their contact information on the club's profile page. Clubs can often resolve issues immediately.

Step 2: Document the Issue

• Take photos if relevant
• Note the date, time, and booking details
• Save any communication with the club
• Keep your booking confirmation

Step 3: Escalate to Netsports.click

If the club doesn't resolve your issue, contact us:

1. Go to your booking in "My Bookings"
2. Click "Report Issue"
3. Select "Issue with Club"
4. Describe the problem and attach evidence
5. Submit for review

Our Resolution Process

We review all club complaints and work with both parties to find a fair resolution. This may include refunds, credits, or other remedies depending on the situation.
