• Payment Processing: Secure payment handling for bookings

We act as a platform connecting users with clubs. We do not own or operate the physical facilities.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Types

• Regular Users: Book courts, join matches, manage profile
• Club Administrators: Manage club operations, courts, members, pricing

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Court Bookings

All bookings are subject to court availability and club confirmation. Booking confirmation does not guarantee court quality or condition.

4.2 Pricing

Court prices are set by individual clubs and may vary based on time, day, demand, and membership status. Prices are displayed before booking confirmation.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by club and are displayed during booking. Generally:

• Cancellations 24+ hours before booking: Full refund
• Cancellations 12-24 hours before: Partial refund (typically 50%)
• Cancellations less than 12 hours before: No refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4.5 No-Shows

Failure to show up for a confirmed booking without cancellation may result in no refund and potential account restrictions.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses

6. Club Responsibilities

Clubs using the Platform agree to:

• Maintain accurate court availability and pricing information
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Provide safe and maintained facilities
• Process refunds according to stated policies
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Protect user data according to our Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by NetSports.click and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

User-generated content (profiles, reviews, messages) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

NetSports.click acts as a platform connecting users with clubs. We do not own, operate, or control the physical facilities. We are not responsible for:

• Quality, safety, or condition of courts and facilities
• Injuries or accidents occurring at clubs
• Disputes between users and clubs
• Club cancellations or closures
• Weather conditions affecting play

8.2 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETSPORTS.CLICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
