Deleting Your Account

Before You Delete

Please consider the following:

• All your booking history will be permanently deleted
• Any upcoming bookings will be cancelled
• Club memberships will be terminated
• Saved payment methods will be removed
• This action cannot be undone

Cancelling Upcoming Bookings

Before deleting your account, cancel any upcoming bookings to receive refunds according to each club's cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled during account deletion may not be eligible for refunds.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Scroll to "Delete Account"
3. Click "Delete My Account"
4. Enter your password to confirm
5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
6. Click "Permanently Delete Account"

Data Retention

After deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for legal and analytical purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Alternatives to Deletion

• Disable notifications instead of deleting
• Set profile to private
• Leave individual clubs
• Contact support for help with specific issues
