Control who can see your information and how your data is used on Netsports.click.
Profile Visibility
- Public: Anyone can see your profile and activity
- Club Members Only: Only members of clubs you've joined can see you
- Private: Only clubs where you have bookings can see your info
Information Shared with Clubs
When you book at a club, they can see:
- Your name and profile photo
- Contact information (email, phone)
- Booking history at their club
- Membership status
Data You Can Control
- Show/hide skill level on profile
- Show/hide booking activity
- Allow/disallow match invitations
- Marketing communication preferences
Data Export
You can request a copy of all your data at any time. Go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. You'll receive a download link via email within 24 hours.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Contact support@ai.netsports.click for data-related requests.
