Control how you receive updates
Control how you receive notifications for each club you belong to. Your preferences are saved per club, so you can customise them independently.
Notification Types
- Booking Confirmations: Confirmation when you book a court
- Booking Reminders: Reminders before your scheduled booking
- Cancellation Notices: Alerts when bookings are cancelled
- Match Invitations: When someone invites you to a match
- Payment Receipts: Confirmation when a payment is processed
- Club Announcements: News and updates from the club
Notification Channels
- Email: Sent to the email address on your account
- Push: Real-time alerts on your device
Managing Preferences
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle email and push for each notification type
- Select Save Preferences
Contact Information
Notifications are sent to the email and phone number on your account. To update these, edit your profile in account settings.
Required Notifications
Some notifications cannot be disabled, including booking confirmations and important account security alerts. These ensure you always have essential information about your bookings.
