How to Book a Court
Complete guide to making a reservation
Booking a court on Netsports.click is simple and takes just a few minutes. Here is how:
Step 1: Find a Club
Use the search bar to find clubs near you. Filter by location, sport type, and amenities.
Step 2: Select a Court
Browse available courts at your chosen club. Each court shows its surface type, features, and base price.
Step 3: Choose Date and Time
Select your preferred date and time slot. The calendar shows:
- Available time slots (green)
- Booked slots (gray)
- Price for each slot
- Duration options (60, 90, or 120 minutes)
Step 4: Review and Pay
Review your booking details and choose your payment method:
- Card payment: Enter your credit or debit card details at checkout
- Wallet balance: If you have credit in your Netsports wallet, it will be shown and applied automatically. If your balance is insufficient, you'll be prompted to top up before confirming.
Confirm the booking — you'll receive instant confirmation via email.
Important Notes
- • Prices are locked when you book — they won't change
- • Check the cancellation policy before booking
- • Arrive 10 minutes early to check in
- • Bring your booking confirmation (email or app)
Common Problems
- No available time slots showing: The club may be fully booked for that date, or the date is outside the club's booking window. Try a different date or check back later.
- Payment declined: Check your card details and ensure your bank hasn't blocked the transaction. Try a different card or top up your wallet.
- Didn't receive confirmation email: Check your spam folder. The booking still appears in My Bookings even if the email is delayed.
