How to cancel and get a refund
Need to cancel your booking? Follow these steps to cancel and receive a refund if eligible.
Cancellation Steps
- Navigate to "My Bookings"
- Find the booking you want to cancel
- Select "Cancel Booking"
- Review the refund amount
- Confirm cancellation
- Receive confirmation email
Refund Eligibility
Refund amount depends on when you cancel:
- 24+ hours before: Full refund (100%)
- 12-24 hours before: Partial refund (typically 50%)
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
Note: Policies vary by club. Check the specific policy before booking.
Refund Processing
Refunds are credited instantly to your club wallet balance. You can use this credit for any future booking at the same club.
Platform Fees
Platform fees are non-refundable. Only the club's portion of the booking fee is refunded according to their cancellation policy.
