Claiming a Match via QR Code
Scan a QR code to add a completed match to your personal history
When your opponent finishes scoring a match, they can show you a QR code to add the match to your personal history. This works even if you weren't scoring during the game.
Claiming a Match
- Open the Netsports.click app or visit the claim link your opponent shared
- Scan the QR code or enter the 8-character claim code
- Review the match summary (sport, score, duration)
- Tap Claim Match to add it to your history
What Gets Added
The claimed match appears in your match history with the full score breakdown, match duration, and date played. You're linked as a participant so it counts in your personal stats.
Claim Window
QR codes are valid for 30 days after the match ends. If your opponent sends you the link later, you can still claim it as long as it hasn't expired. Once claimed, the code becomes inactive — each match can only be claimed once per participant.
No Account? No Problem
You can view the match summary without an account. To actually claim it and add it to your history, you'll need to sign in or create an account. The claim link stays valid while you set up.
Common Questions
- What if I already claimed this match? You'll see a message that it's already in your history. No duplicates are created.
- Can I dispute the score? The claim page shows you the recorded score before you accept. If it's wrong, talk to your opponent — they can edit before sharing.
