How Round Count Is Determined

When the session starts, the platform calculates how many rounds can fit within the scheduled time. It accounts for a short warm-up at the beginning and brief changeover breaks between rounds. For example, a 75-minute session with 20-minute matches typically produces 3 rounds, while a 2-hour session might produce 5 or more.

Round Navigation

The round navigation in your live draw view shows the actual number of rounds for your session — not a fixed number. You can navigate between round 1 and the total computed rounds. If a round is added after the session ends, the navigation updates automatically to include the new round.

If a Session Ends Early

If a participant ends the session before all rounds are played, the total rounds adjusts down to the number of fully completed rounds. If you were viewing a round that no longer exists, you will be automatically navigated back to the last completed round. Awards are calculated from the completed rounds only.

Adding an Extra Round

After the session completes, any participant can add one more round:

1. Look for the Add Round button that appears once the session is marked complete
2. Tap it — the system creates a new round with fresh court assignments
3. All participants are notified and can see their new court and opponents

You can keep adding rounds (up to 100 total) as long as the session has completed.

Ending a Session Early

If time is running out or the group decides to stop early, any participant can end the session:

1. Tap the End Session button (visible while the session is still in progress)
2. Confirm when prompted
3. The session closes, partially played rounds are discarded, and awards are calculated from fully completed rounds
