Selling Your Spot
List your confirmed booking for sale and receive wallet credit when someone buys
If you can no longer attend an activity you've registered for, you can sell your spot to another member instead of cancelling. You'll receive the full amount you paid as wallet credit when someone buys your spot.
When You Can Sell
- You have a confirmed (active) booking for the activity
- The activity hasn't started yet
- The club has enabled the Sell My Spot feature
You cannot sell spots for cancelled, waitlisted, or pending bookings — only confirmed registrations.
How to Create a Listing
- Go to your booking in My Bookings or the activity detail page
- Click Sell My Spot
- Review the sale price (this is the amount you originally paid)
- Confirm to create the listing
- Share the link with friends or on social media
Sharing the Link
After creating a listing, you'll get a shareable link. Send it via WhatsApp, message, email, or post it in your club's group chat. Anyone with the link can view the activity details — they'll need to sign in and meet eligibility requirements to purchase.
Cancelling a Listing
Changed your mind? You can cancel your listing at any time before someone buys it. Go to your booking and click Cancel Listing. Your spot remains yours.
What Happens When Someone Buys
- Your registration is cancelled automatically
- The full sale amount is credited to your wallet — no fees deducted
- The buyer takes your spot in the activity
- You both receive confirmation notifications
- For tournaments with a published draw, the buyer replaces you in the bracket
Important Notes
- You cannot buy your own listing (no self-purchase allowed)
- Buyers must meet the same eligibility requirements as original registration (membership tier, gender, skill level)
- The listing expires automatically if the activity starts or you cancel your underlying booking
Tip
Share your link as soon as possible — spots for popular activities sell quickly. The sooner you list it, the better your chances of finding a buyer before the event.
